A Message from your Board
Thank you for visiting the River Ridge Homeowners Association website – your link to what is going on in your community!
The Association is a self-run organization and we try to be as “hands-off” as possible. Our actions are governed by the Common Interest Community Association Act, parts of the Condominium Act, and our Declaration of Covenants, supplemented by our Rules and Regulations. Some these documents can be found on this website, under the “Documents” tab.
The Board is responsible for maintaining the Common Areas, (the Berms along Plainfield/Naperville Road and the Detention Pond). The Village is responsible for the Roads and Parkways (the grassy area between the sidewalk and roadway), although Homeowners are required to mow the Parkway adjacent to their homes.
The purpose of this site is to keep residents up-to-date with current actions and events happening in the subdivision. The Association is continually working to maintain the quality of the neighborhood by keeping its residents informed and the lines of communication open.
Community members are encouraged to participate in meetings and activities. Information about these events and more can be found by visiting the Bulletin Board.
